Alexa Jenson joined us at Camp North End first thing in the morning because she was graduating from high school later that afternoon. There’s a vitality and wildness in her voice that is at once powerful, tender, and vulnerable. She uses songwriting and singing to navigate the often confusing teenage years, and has a presence on stage that makes people stop in their tracks and ask who is she?!
With writing ability beyond many of her older and more experienced contemporaries she’s growing into one of Charlotte most interesting acts.
